Miami Public Schools will hold a bond election on October 14, 2025. The proposal includes a $14.7 million bond issue with zero tax increase to build a new Lower Elementary School for grades 1–3 at the current Will Rogers Middle School site as well as completing renovations to Nichols Upper Elementary.
This project is part of the district’s long-range plan to improve security, modernize facilities, and make the most efficient use of tax dollars — ensuring our students have safe, high-quality learning environments for years to come.
